Who we are
Visitorscheck is operated by Allround Web, a Netherlands-based company. Contact: info@visitorscheck.com.
Subscription and billing
Visitorscheck is sold as a monthly or annual subscription in three tiers: Starter, Growth, Business. Prices are published on /pricing.
Billing runs through Stripe. We invoice at the start of each billing period for the period ahead.
We send a 30-day notice before any auto-renewal. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Trial
Every plan includes a 14-day trial without a credit card. If you don't convert, the account and associated data are deleted 14 days after the trial ends.
Acceptable use
Visitorscheck is for B2B visitor identification on websites you own or operate. It is not to be used to identify end-consumers, to build datasets for resale, or to circumvent another party's terms of service.
Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Business tier includes a contractual SLA and credit mechanism. Incidents are logged on our status page.
Data ownership
Data collected on your website through our script is yours. We process it on your behalf under the DPA. You can export or delete it at any time.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of acceptable use. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion or an export.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court of the district where Allround Web is registered.
